We’re not good friends. Most of us never found the time to get to know you. But that doesn’t mean we haven’t noticed you. We don’t talk about it much, but it’s no secret that Sunnydale High isn’t really like other high schools. A lot of weird stuff happens here. But whenever there was a problem or something creepy happened, you seemed to show up and stop it. Most of the people here have been saved by you. Or helped by you at one time or another. We’re proud to say that the class of ‘99 has the lowest mortality rate of any graduating class in Sunnydale history. And we know that at least part of that is because of you. So the senior class offers its thanks and gives you, uh… this. It’s from all of us. And it has written here, Buffy Summers — Class Protector.

“Well she got me the job at Potter, practically, so for anyone who doesn’t know that story, I basically owe everything to Maggie Smith because I worked with her on David Copperfield and then she came on to Potter as McGonagall and said to the director, ‘You need to audition this boy.’ So I kind of owe her everything, so to Maggie I just say my fairy godmother.” — Daniel Radcliffe (on the first thing that comes to mind about Maggie)
“Daniel was so lovely to work with. I’m so glad I insisted they see him for the part.” — Maggie Smith (on being part of the Harry Potter films)
Feels appropriate to reblog this today. One year since LBD started.

“Everyone deserves tea.”
What The Lizzie Bennet Diaries Has Meant To Me.
I’m having a really hard time knowing how to start this.
I remember doing my audition for Lydia thinking it was way over the top and that I probably wasn’t going to get it. I remember reading the sides and thinking, “We’re dressing up as other characters? What?? This is weird.” I remember not knowing what vlogging was. I remember not knowing how this project was going to go over because it seemed kinda weird and I didn’t really know if I was any good in it and even though we had shot the first round of episodes I didn’t know anybody involved that well; I knew somewhere down the line my character was going to be involved in a sex tape and that seemed scary and I just didn’t really go into it expecting much.
The Lizzie Bennet Diaries, and my experience with it, has become a thousand times more than I ever could have dreamed or imagined.
